The Page File Usage % shown on the PA dashboard is computed incorrectly. It does not take into account that multiple page files may be defined for the server.
On one of my servers (and I don't like this configuration, mind you), the page file is split into 2 files on different LUNs. The Usage % that is displayed on the dashboard is apparently computed using only the first of the page files instead of both of them. I have verified this by looking at the page file performance counters using PerfMon.
